Are you ready to experience the power of Neural Synchrony while enjoying time with your friends? Each person experiences a Neural Synchrony micro-session (25 minutes) to find to find clarity and meaning in current life challenges. Online class begins October 16

How do we move through polarization and into authentic compassionate connection? It doesn’t begin “out there” with others. It begins internally with a change in our self — by consciously connecting our intent to compassionate action. Be challenged to identify how your judgments, assumptions, and beliefs stop you from practicing compassion. Using the metaphor of the bridge, create your own pathway of compassion as your lived experience. This class is for your IF you are fatigued with the polarization in the world and want to be Compassion’s presence in the world.

Author of Engaging Compassion Through Intent and Action, and A Constellation of Connections, Vanessa facilitates the Compassion Conversation© and presents compassion, living with mindful awareness, and deepening intuitive awareness programs. Through creatively incorporating mental, emotional, and physical activities, individuals identify, articulate, and integrate both personal and collective wisdom into their lived experience.

Vanessa F.Hurst is a mindful coach who received medical intuitive training.  She has a master’s degree in Natural Health and, for 19 years, has taught intuitive awareness, Reiki, and Rainbows of Light© programs. She is the author of two books and three Reiki manuals.  With mindfulness and intuitive practices, she guides others on their path of understanding, experiencing, and responding to intuition. For her, intuition is all about awareness and practice.
